Dutch "Dick" Nichols

What can I say about Dutch that most of you dont already know? He and I, besides being best friends for most of our lives, also enjoy many of the same things. We both love pretty women! HEY GIRLS! We both like to be around a bunch of fun people, and we flat love to laugh. But most of all. What I am most proud of. We both are raising our children as single fathers.

"We dont run from responsability, we take it head on."

Not to mention we enjoy the same passion for cooking. That is the reason you will love Daddy's BBQ. It just has to be perfect everytime. We will work hard for you to make sure your experience at Daddy's is one you will not forget. Even though he was not able to go on the road with me at the start. His input has always been deep in Daddy's BBQ. When we say friend tested recipies. We MEAN "friend tested recipies"! Thank you Dutch. My old friend.


Stan the man

Stan joined Daddy's BBQ about 5 years ago and has been a staple ever since. His hard work and understanding of what is needed by myself and Dutch make him valuable help in what we are trying to achieve. He is very personable and his PR skills are fantastic. You will enjoy the time you spend with Stan. He will be running the vending jobs for us making sure we are all boooked up. Keeping us out at shows giving the people what they want. Really great BBQ!

Keep up the good work Stan. All y'all give him a pat on the back.

Troy Autry

Troy is the latest to join the gang. He will be helping us around the grill. He hates onions, but he can cut them like no-ones business. Troy's tallents are really with people. He will make your party or event...how do you say. A LOT OF FUN! He may be a little younger than most of us, but we still call him the old man! Thanks for all the great help and hard work T-Roy!

As you see I am a Daddy. These are the two reasons I live. The tall one is my Tiffy Pearl. She is 14 going on 16

The shorter one is my Hailey Bell. When she was born she had bright red, if not almost orange  hair. She is 13 going on college. I just want my babies back. They are on the bottom left. I love those smiles and I love these girls.

 

In the pic to the right are most of the important people in my life. You have my mom (grandma), and my niece Natalie, and my nephew little gordo. He is actually the 3rd with my brother being the Jr to my dad. And you will aslo find my lovely daughters. Thank you mom for being my mom. The best ever! I love you.



Down on the right is my father. He passed on April 23 2010 at 5:10 pm in Houston. The saddest day of my life. He came on cooks with me from time to time. With him they were always a blast. He wanted to write a book and call it "I am Daddy's Daddy". I thought it was clever. RIP daddy I love you. By the way. For those of you who went on my last web site. He wrote most of the 1st page and the services page. That is why it stayed the same. Just if you were wondering.

To the left is a picture of Stans daughter. Her name is Jessica Behrens. She worked with us for a while but she left us and her father to enjoy a wonderful life of marraige with her husband Kyle. He is in the Army and stationed in Calorado Springs, Co. Check that, they just left our house. After staying for Thanksgiving. They are now moving to Baltimore Md. Sorry guys. Thats the Army. Now we will really only get to see her once a year. But it is always a joy. Just leave that yappy dog at home! By the way Kyle. Thank you from all of us at Daddy's BBQ for protecting our country and our rights as Americans!

Now these three dudes. They belong to Dutch. On top you have Little dutch. So you gotta know I use big dutch's nic-name for him also. I just add little in front of it. LOL gotcha little bro! Then to the bottom left you have Killer Diller (Dillon). This is Dutch's middle son. I had a fantastic time coaching this guy in football. Keep it up little buddy. You can play. Then way over there you have the little.....one. I was nice to ya Marko. This is Mark. He is all boy. There is no doubt about that. And now he is turning into a chicken Farmer. When do I get my eggs boy? You have some fine young boys Dutch.

"FAMILY"

To the left is a pic of me and one of my best friends. That is BIG KEN. We call him Gib Nek. He worked with me for about 2 years traveling all around. We had one heck of a good time. He is a great help around the grill, and with the customers he is the best. I want to say Thank you to Ken for all his great help. I hope we can get you back soon. Thanks bro.

    On the right are a couple of people I have to mention. In the middle is the beautiful Holly. I met her when she worked at Hooters. She would come with me on the road and work the front and serve customers. At Willie Nelsons Picnic she brought a couple of othre girls and we kicked ass. I dont know if it was my food or them. But who cares. Thank you Holly.

    Then next to her on the far right is Roland. He is the 1st person to help me and get all of this started. The 1st show I did I was a total mess. Just ask Roland. He helped me calm down and he assured me we would be ok. We were and now here we are. I did not get to pay him what he was worth back then. But I have not forgot you bro. When I get a store I will make it up to you. You got my word on that.

     There were other people that helped out that I have not mentioned. I thank all of you but one. And that one can go to hell!
