To Whom It May Concern,

My name is Shelly Patrick and I and the Director of Irving Gymnastics and President of the Lively PTA. I met Toby Smith 5 years ago while our daughters were in school together. Toby participated in many activities at school and was often the only dad present. He is an amazing single dad to his girls. Toby and I became friends over the couple years our girls were in school together and I quickly learned what an amazing cook he was.

Being the Director of a gym I am responsible for a team/coaches banquet every year. This particular year I had booked a company that was referred to me by one of the moms on my team. A week before the banquet the company called to tell me they had overbooked themselves and was not going to be able to handle my banquet. I was devastated and was at a loss as to what to do. The invitations had already gone out and the schedule had been completed. While picking up my daughter that afternoon I mentioned it to Toby and immediately he said let me help you. Being my banquet was only a week away I gladly accepted the offer and prepared for his “amazing Bar-b-Que” as he called it. We prepared a menu and planned for 20. Toby delivered the meal on time and helped me set it up and even helped me serve. The evening turned out to be just great and the food was so delicious. I had staff & families asking the next year if we were going to go with Toby again.

I also used Toby the same year to serve the entire staff at my daughter elementary school. The PTA is responsible for a teacher’s luncheon once a semester. Being the president that year I was responsible for picking out the menu that year. We had never served BBQ before and remembering the outstanding service I had received before I was not hesitant to give him a call. We fed about 250 teachers that day and still 3 years later I still get teachers asking when are we going to have Toby’s BBQ again. The food was absolutely excellent! I had several staff that normally didn’t eat BBQ say it was the best they had ever eaten. Toby is not only an amazing cook, his customer service skills go above and beyond the normal caterer.

I am constituently recommending his services to anyone who asks for not only a good caterer but for awesome BBQ. He is extremely passionate about what he does and truly is a fine individual. I think he very well deserves to be a restaurant owner.

Dear Daddy's BBQ,

       I would like to thank you for the wonderful lunch you provided for our sales meeting. Not only was it here ontime, but everything was hot and ready to eat. I have to say the brisket was simply the best I have ever had. It was still juicy the next day. I had some on a sandwich for lunch. When I pulled it out of the microwave I could not believe it had not dried out. Along with the brisket we had the Pork Tenderloin. I am at a loss for words with this one. I did not know pork could taste so wonderful. Again thank you. All the girls would not even let anyone close to the pasta salad. How do you make that? Or is there even a chance I get that recipe? The bean, and the BBQ Sauce, what did you call it...."Daddy Q" I think. They were both outstanding. We at prologics can't wait for the next oportunity to have you feed us again. To all the guys at Daddy's BBQ, Thank You and good luck in the future.

Daddys BBQ catered a surprise graduation party for my daughter and did a FANTASTIC job!

Everyone raved about the BBQ ribs, brisket and turkey legs.  The meat had a great smoky flavor and was moist and delicious.
The BBQ sauce was so good everyone wants to know where they can buy it.  The side dishes were also huge hits.

They were punctual and everything was very professionally prepared.
The presentation looked great and everyone at the party (over 60 people) told me how delicious the food was.

I would highly recommend Daddys BBQ to any person, small business or large corporation to cater their event.
